This last week has been exciting, exhausting and EPIC! I am cutting down on Refreshing Amazon, but that may be because I’ve simply not had the energy to click the button. I did manage to finish the Splashdown Books Feb. Newsletter which you can see right HERE. I also sent out 15 signed copies of I Am Ocilla. I finished writing two interviews. The first one went live today at Rambles of the Literary Equine. You can see that right HERE. I also finished Liberty’s critique and wrote my blog post for The Cheesecake Thickens. You can see that right HERE.
I also went through the small town I shop in and asked the owners of the businesses if I could post I Am Ocilla flyers. I love Small-town-USA. They let me. The library also now has a copy of I Am Ocilla on its shelf and the local newspaper ran a story. Down the road a bit, the Poteau Movie Theater is running an I Am Ocilla ad before each movie before the trailers and I am going this weekend just to see it. Next weekend I will have a super cool book signing, reading and general silly party at the local community center and I invite any in the area to stop by between noon and 3pm for your signed copy.
Up on the mountain things have become sunny and this gives me much to be happy about. The gravel is packing down nicely and this will mean driving instead of walking to the top. Trust me, walking it stinks for even those in great shape. Two pallets of flooring arrived at the top of my road yesterday. Guess that means floor installation this weekend.
Please remember that I Am Ocilla is on sale at Amazon’s Kindle Store and at Smashwords for other formats for $4.99 for a five more days. Barnes & Nobles is taking a bit longer to get it on Nook. Sorry about that. Print copies are available online. Just stop by Splashdown’s Bookshop for links. Also, if you want a signed copy of I Am Ocilla, I have those locally for $13, add $2 if I need to ship it in the USA. Postage isn’t free…wish it was.
All of you have an excellent weekend and remember to enjoy all God has blessed you with.
Peace, love and God’s will.
My Dearest Youngest Daughter,
Busy, busy, busy. Where’s my sandwhich? LOL
Because you are my dear friend and I love you with all my heart…I am tagging you with the Versatile Blogger Award.
